To celebrate the 100th aniversary of the crossing of the English chanel in 1909 by Louis Blériot who had his "aeroparc" premises in Buc (where Secamic is located) SECAMIC donated a Mirage III aircraft to the city of Buc. This aircraft will be unveiled on june 6, 2009 by the Mayor of Buc, Mr Le Rudulier and Mr Serge Dassault, son of Marcel Dassault who, as young engineer, designed in the same "aeroparc" the famous Eclair propeller.
